I first met Bobby in 2001. In that year he helped me sell one home and buy another. Bobby goes out of his way to make sure everything gets done properly. While looking at prospective houses he gets to know your tastes and desires the houses that you get to look at are what you want to see. After selecting the house you feel like you are on auto-pilot, everything is upfront and organized. He has a good group of people working behind the scenes doing the paperwork. Bobby was very astute and recommended we look at a house that didn't seem to be listed correctly on the MLS therefore it was overlooked by other buyers during a hot market in 2004. We saw the home, loved it, and put an offer on it that day; it was everything that we wanted. Bobby knew our criteria as he was driving us around every weekend for about 3 months looking for homes. He negotiated very well and convinced the seller to make sure the house was tip-top for us to move in. We are still in the home today, it is our first and only home.
